Jackie grew up in Central Massachusetts, always knowing she wanted to work with animals. Her childhood was filled with hermit crabs, pocket pets, and one beloved dog, sparking her lifelong passion for veterinary care. She started working in vet med in 2018 and went on to earn her Associate’s Degree in Veterinary/Animal Science from Holyoke Community College in 2019. That same year, she passed her Veterinary Technician National Examination.

Jackie has a special interest in working with aggressive and anxious patients, as well as in surgery, where she strives to make each procedure as smooth and stress-free as possible for both the pets and their owners.

At home, Jackie shares her life with her two dogs: Clyde, a pit bull mix, and Kalira, a Pomeranian mix. When she's not working, she enjoys reading, kayaking, and hiking with her pups, always looking for new adventures outdoors.
