Em

Em grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and earned their BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Arizona in 2016. Their passion for animals led them to work as a zookeeper at the Phoenix Zoo from 2017 to 2020, where they gained valuable experience working with a variety of species. They then transitioned into veterinary medicine as a veterinary assistant.

In 2021, Em made the move to New England and has since gained experience working at several veterinary clinics. They’re excited to join our team and look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and develop their technical skills alongside such an awesome group of people. Em has a special interest in wildlife and exotic species and loves the opportunity to work with animals of all kinds.

Outside of the clinic, Em enjoys watching movies and TV shows, playing piano and guitar, crocheting, knitting, and painting. They also love spending time training with their best buddy, Josie, their five-year-old Labrador.

We’re excited to have Em on the team and look forward to seeing them continue to grow in their veterinary career!
