Dr. Jessica Dias grew up in Belchertown, Massachusetts. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2001. Dr. Dias spent several years in the exciting world of stem cell research before deciding to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. In May of 2013, she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Wisconsin, school of veterinary medicine. Upon completion of her degree, she traveled to Los Angeles and worked at a 24-hour emergency hospital while pursuing an internship.

Dr. Dias joined the team at NVC in 2016 after returning to the pioneer valley. Her goals include practicing the highest quality of care for her patients and forming long-term relationships with her clients and their animals. Dr. Dias’ professional interests include alternative medicine, behavior modification, internal medicine, cardiology, and surgery. In addition to her veterinary work, Dr. Dias enjoys yoga, hiking, cycling, and reading.
