Dr. Mulligan is very excited to be back closer to home and joining the Northampton Vet Clinic team! She grew up in Brookfield, Massachusetts with her family cats, dogs, and 4-H horses, and is so happy to be back in the Pioneer Valley.

Dr. Mulligan attended Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she was president of the Feline Club and was awarded the Excellence in Feline Medicine prize upon graduation. After vet school, she completed an internship in Emergency Medicine and Surgery at Ocean State Veterinary Specialists in Rhode Island, and then moved back to New York where she spent 10 years in emergency medicine and general practice. 

Her clinical interests include feline medicine and dentistry, and she is certified as a Cat Friendly Veterinarian by the Feline Veterinary Medical Association. Out of the hospital, she is kept busy by her two small human children, two kitties, one dog, husband and 1920’s farmhouse. She can’t wait to meet more of the NVC family!
